Mubarak's Egypt Imposes Collective Punishment on the Gaza Strip in Coordination with Israel & the USA

Egypt, Israel and the United States are participating in the collective punishment of Gaza.

Through its closure of the Rafah border crossing, Mubarak's Egyptian State is directly assisting Israel in its siege of the Gaza Strip. While the American State assists Israel with the most technically advanced weapons and with its foot-dragging in the UN Security Council.

The Palestinians who are trapped within their besieged tiny territory (only 360 km sq.) are deprived of food, water, medicine, fuel, and electricity.

Schools, mosques, hospitals, residential buildings, and refugee camps are being bombed and destroyed. Over 700 Gazans have been killed (more than 350 of whom were civilian non-combatants) and over 3,000 wounded/maimed (most of whom are also civilian non-combatants,) while thousands of other Gazans have been orphaned, widowed and/or rendered homeless.

Delivery of Humanitarian Aid to Gaza is Constantly Obstructed by Egyptian State

Humanitarian aid is held up on the Egyptian side for days before it is allowed is allowed into the war zone that is Gaza. Mubarak's government and security forces prevent all Gazans from entering into Egypt for shelter, food, or medicine - unless they have been maimed in Israeli war crimes.

Egypt is obliged to open up the Rafah border crossing in light of the Fourth Geneva Convention Relative to the Protection of Civilians in Time of War (specifically article 15*)

ISRAEL IS COMMITTING WAR CRIMES, CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, AND IS CONDUCTING A GENOCIDE IN GAZA - WHILE MUBARAK'S GOVERNMENT IS ASSISTING IN THE SEIGE OF GAZA.

OPEN UP THE RAFAH CROSSING POINT NOW!
